Beatriz Alvarez, of the section biofuels of the Association of Energy Producers Renewable (APPA ) , believes that first biofuels nonfood will trade in a couple of years, while the researcher Enrique Espí see this technology as a simple transition to fuel from algae .

The truth is that the Plan Action for Renewable Energy prepared by the Government does not foresee a production significant of biofuels from second generation to 2018 and also does not specify the percentage to be mixed with the fossils .
