Albania Plan to Produce Biodiesel

Albanian PM Sali Berisha inaugurated on Fri. a biodiesel production plant in Porto Romano, a joint Italo-Albanian investment of 5,000,000. The plant has a production capacity of 100,000 tons every year and will employ 120 folk. Albanian P. M. Sali Berisha announced the investment is a major step toward transforming Albania into a producer of biofuels. Berisha announced that Albania will shortly become an exporter of biodiesel to Italy and Europe, adding this investment demonstrates the successfulness of attempts to turn Albania into a tasty country for foreign investments. Berisha also stressed the significance his cupboard places on the environment and green technology.
